In this video, we’re going to talk about tooth pain. I’m also going to give you a natural remedy that works great as a toothache remedy or an abscess home remedy.

An abscess is basically a fluid-filled cyst that’s either in the gum area or underneath the tooth.

Health benefits of clove oil:

• Anti-fungal
• Anti-bacterial
• Anti-inflammatory

Clove oil is great for toothache relief and should work as a temporary solution. However, you should look at the root cause of this issue which probably goes back to too much sugar in your diet. Get on the healthy keto diet as a more long-term solution.

How to use clove oil for a toothache or abscess:

• Chew a clove for 2-5 minutes
• Take 2 drops of clove oil mixed in a tsp. of coconut oil (keep the mixture in your mouth for 2-5 minutes)
