In the later half of Parks and Recreation, the Amy Poehler-led sitcom about local government in fictional Pawnee, Indiana, Kathryn joins the cast as Jennifer Barkley, a campaign manager who originally assists Leslie Knope’s opponent, Bobby Newport, in his campaign for city council.
